Terms and Conditions

This is your time and should be enjoyed to the fullest.  Whether it is the massage pressure, room temperature or volume of the music, please notify your therapist of any preferences you may have. For your comfort, undergarments may be worn during treatments, but rest assured our therapists are well-trained in correct draping procedures for your privacy and comfort.

MOONGLOW GUIDELINES
Services are booked by appointment only and must be made 24 hours in advance.

Facials are available to guests 16 and older with parental consent.  Massages are available to guests 18 years and older. 

Please notify your therapist if you have any allergies, physical ailments, disabilities or are pregnant.

We recommend that alcohol not be consumed before, during or immediately after your treatment. 

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment for a short consultation and to allow time to disrobe and settle into treatment table. 

Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment. Your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be delayed and the full value of your treatment will be charged.

Standard gratuity for services is 15%-20%, but the amount you choose is at your discretion. 

CANCELLATION POLICY
A credit card number is required at the time you book your spa services. Cancellations must occur 24 hours prior to the appointment or you will be fully charged. 

If Moonglow Massage & Esthetics’ practices are changed, we will post them on our web site in order to notify you. Moonglow Massage & Esthetics reserves the right to change this policy at any time. Your use of Moonglow Massage & Esthetics’ website will signify your acceptance of these changes.
